Martha Stewart Aint Got Nothing On Me............

Finally, after so many days, I am having a headache free day. I felt like Uncle Fester with his vice on his head crushing his skull. It was a dull ache deep in the back of my head and it never let up.

This morning when I woke, I cautiously opened my eyes and waited to see if the familiar thud was there. To my relief it was gone and stayed gone for the rest of the day.

I came home early from work and read a few pages from Damon Gameau's blog "That Sugar Film" pending and I felt energised to bake nut bread. I know right! Me, in the kitchen, focused and baking. Not only did I get the bread done, I made cashew butter and pumpkin puree. Then to top it off I went through our pantry and scrutinised every item. We now have a beautifully organised, clean, sugar free pantry. Its so good we even have a dry store of all things healthy. I'm in a good mood. 

Today's diet was a tip toe through an unknown dance, but I managed to find my way. Total grams for today 22. so working out the sugar 22/4 = 5.5 teaspoons. I made it! And I feel great for it. woot woot!
